Come check out this week’s batch of crowdfunding and Kickstarter highlights – including board games, RPGs, and STLs!

A.I.Pokalypse – the Auto Battle Card Game

After the A.I.POKALYPSE you are left to fend for yourself. Hire your best mercenaries, survive the combat zone, and be the sole faction to make it out alive. Build your engine and fight for your life in this epic game in a small box!

A.I.POKALYPSE brings Auto Battlers to the next level. Fight against up to 7 friends in this innovative fast-paced card game! Enjoy the depth of a full-length expert game in 20-50 minutes due to simultaneous play and auto-battle combat! Unique multi-use of card mechanics make this feel like an epic game with endless replayability in a small box. The perfect filler for expert gamers or the perfect friend for holidays!

The Complete Virgin Mine AD&D/5E Mega-Dungeon!

The Complete Virgin Mine is a 7 part mega-dungeon with another series of rooms in the higher levels that feature access to ‘the shadow realm’ in which even more monsters can be encountered! It is a project that is four years in the making, and has taken on a ‘life of its own’, much like that original Roslof Keep campaign (see below).

As this project compiles 6 Folio adventure modules (#26-#31) and 5 mini-adventures, and a bonus ‘boss monster’ encounter for the final endgame (is the book cover giving anything away?) I thought it was important to offer the first five modules in both physical and PDF format, AND also produce Folio #31, The Dungeon of Death, which can also funded ONLY in this Kickstarter (for all you looking to keep your Folio collection complete!).

WE DIE YOUNG – Supernatural Retro Roleplaying in the 1990s

A spiritual sequel to Bloat Game’s 1980s-based RPG, DARK PLACES & DEMOGORGONS, WE DIE YOUNG is set in Seattle in the 1990s during the grunge and alternative music counter-culture movements. Seattle became the epicenter of popular culture and began attracting musicians, artists, and supernatural creatures from all over. This game is heavily inspired by the music of Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, and many more.

In WE DIE YOUNG, you play as 20-something humans, Vampires, Werebeasts, Mummies, Fey and Fairies, and multiple other types of supernatural creatures and character classes. Each creature and character class has its unique history and abilities.

Gummyquest: Delicious Fantasy Gummies

Gummyquest delivers a treasure trove of over 150 fantasy-flavored gummies in each box. Featuring artfully crafted adventurers, monsters, potions, and dice, all rich in size and flavor, each box is a portal to tasty adventures.

Countless adventurers have wondered about the taste of eating slimes, trolls, or dragons. Gummyquest invites you to embark on a flavor-filled quest to discover these tastes firsthand. Plunge tongue-first into a delicious fantasy world, where you’ll fight legendary battles using nothing but your taste buds.

Gun It

Spot a threat to the right and toss over the shotgun. Slip the car out of the way of that truck before it explodes. Demand the pistol from the driver, to deal with a motorcycle catching up fast. There will be shouting, hectic equipment exchanges, and of course, collateral damage.

‘Gun It’ is a timed cooperative programming game for 1-4 players, that plays in 15-30 minutes. Players are together in a car in the middle of a firefight against the Inertia Corporation and must come up with a plan for how to successfully eliminate threats without destroying themselves. Using a simple core mechanic, players exchange cards determining actions, and when time is up, they unleash their plan on the hostile vehicles all around. Hopefully, nothing went wrong!
