Forgeworld: New Apocalypse Book Coming!

Hot on the heels of the new Apocalypse hardcover from GW, Forgeworld has a new book for you!

We all knew this was coming. Apoc 2.0 meant that Forgeworld would be facing the long slog of having to update every unit they have ever made to match the new rules. The first book is here:

Now I love Forgeworld as much as the next guy but I have to say that Forgeworld’s rules are getting a bit “wooly”. By that I mean it is becoming quite difficult to keep track of what units are where and which units’s rules are the most recent.

For example this is the third Imperial Armor: Apocalypse book they have put out, and the 2nd with that EXACT model on the cover. Forgeworld of late has also taken to “themed compilation” books such as the all flyer and anti-aircraft book, which often have minor rules tweaks. Then you have the versions of rules that appear in the narrative campaign books.

It all adds up to a recipe for confusion. Forgeworld – HELP!!!
