40K – WFB – LotR Deep Thought: Great Rules & Bad Models

Hi all!

Hi folks. Its time to follow up the popular topic of a few days ago, and flip it on its head. As we all talked about earlier, the games have a certain amount of units with mismatched miniatures and rules quality.

Today’s topic is those units with awesome rules, but not so awesome minis. What is the 40k, Fantasy, or LotR unit you love to have in your army lists due to thier shocking effectiveness, but cringe at every time you pull them out of the miniatures bag and take a look?
