40K RUMORS: Plastic Stormtroopers?

Just a short one that I’m putting out there. 

There has been a decent amount of chatter regarding those plastic stormtroopers that have had pics floating around for quite some time.  There are whispers that they may be arriving in our greedly little hands sooner rather than later.

~This chatter is somewhat contradictory, but fairly steady, so I’m just putting it out there.  Perhaps the Missions book and the Basilisk due in March might make a good spot to slip these guys in.
