Games Workshop  just awarded their “Mega Prize Winner’s Tour”.  This was a tour of the Design Studio for a lucky entrant, and they chronicled it on on the Games Workshop website. On close inspection, the pictures included some very interesting things however…

So with all the talk of late of the Eldar and potential superheavies, lets take a look at what was on the a Forgeworld desk the lucky winner was shown.  I certainly see an Eldar super heavy tank there, with what looks like an Epic Eldar Phantom titan in front of the Reaver, and a bunch of Eldar parts all over the place.  Pretty interesting…

Next up was this shot of a bunch of 3-ups for some of our favorite kits, like the Rhino, Hammerhead, Falcon and what appears to be a pre-heresy dreadnought on the very end.  One of those was made for Epic way back in the early 90s, but out of the entire Epic range, it seems odd that it alone would stay there on the shelf…  Its also substantially larger than a 3-up would be for Epic.

Finally, among the pictures of the lucky lad touring the studio was that top shot of what appears to be a Fantasy Army Book (based on the color of the edging).

Here is picture of the currently released Orcs & Goblins Army book.  Its hard to tell what that top one is, but look sharp everybody. It could be an older version of an Orcs&Goblins book, perhaps.   Special thanks to a eagle-eyed BoLS reader for spotting this one!

~Get out your magnifying glasses everybody…  What do you think is in those shots?

UPDATE: Ok, so apparently the last shot of that Fantasy army book is an older edition of Orks&Goblins, but check this next shot out…  this snippet from the licensing studio corkboard suddenly has a ton of the pieces of paper greyed and blacked out… when they weren’t originally.  Now if only someone has a cached copy of that image from a couple of days ago…

UPDATE 2: You guys are so fast… behold the earlier non-redacted version…
