40K HOBBY: Epistolary Menoloth, the Lost One

~905.M41 Epistolary Menoloth disappears in the Maelstrom. He is presumed lost in the warp.
~997.M41 Epistolary Menoloth, now known as the Lost One, returns from the Maelstrom with the daemon blade Walach. After extensive testing it is determined Menoloth remains pure of heart, so he takes command of the newly formed Strike Force Ostro.

I’d been toying with the idea of playing a few games with Mephiston, but my real problem was that awful static model (same issue I had with Tycho). But Mephiston has a very unique look, with that crazy ribbed armour. The only model that really shares it is Astorath, so he had to be my go to. Given his bestial pose, the image of a crazy demonsword-possessed Librarian began to form in my mind. Backpack for jump pack and Bloodletter sword for axe made for an easy conversion.

So any comments are welcome, and I’d like to hear about how you guys make new models to represent your own Chapter’s named ICs.
