40K RUMORS: The Necrons Keep on Shambling…

Coming hot on the heels of the latest set of rumors is rumor dump #2 on everyone’s favorite C’tan led toasters…

~Now standard caveats on stuff months out, but these rumors would start to build up to something closer to Fantasy Vampire Counts in Warhammer 40k in a way.  A larger horde (selling more models) of kind of tough models (not as tough as we see now) with regenerative powers, and a weakness in assault.  Hmmm, interesting, and it might fill a niche in the meta that isn’t there right now.  Almost on the opposite end of the spectrum from Dark Eldar.  What’s your take?
