RUMORS: GW’s Releases Delayed by Lawsuit?

Some days, there is really juicy rumormill stuff floating around.  You folks holding out for Tyranids, Wolves and Eldar are gonna love this:

Now that’s a whole mouthful of information in there.  So much its hard to know what part to begin to chewl on to start to digest the entire thing.

Initial thoughts would be are we dealing with truth, falsehoods, or trial balloons being put out by the company itself?  Then you get issues of legal considerations balanced against product revenue considerations.  Potential bias of the sources? The list goes on.
