We love our hobby, and the thousands of miniatures we have collected over the years. But these ten need to GO!
It was such a simple question…
It’s just that simple.
Think about:
-Overall Utility to it’s faction
-Age
-Quality
-Material
-Cost
Here is what we came up with:
Space Wolves: Ragnar! – I think he’s trying to make a snow angel. It’s ok, back when he was sculpted, all the cool ICs were doing it…
Blood Angels: Mephiston – See above and also – I think we can safely say that Bram Stoker’s Dracula wasn’t THAT great of a movie…
Chaos Marines: Berzerkers – Yes they are plastic but I think we can all agree they have done their required service. I would suggest their replacements be more killy, and less dancy.
Chaos Daemons: Bloodthirster – It’s hard to be the Master of Murder with no neck, a Napoleon complex (he’s short) and constantly having to stop and pick up one of your inevitable broken metal wings off the floor…
Tyranids: Pyrovore – Can we all agree that this one was just a really bad idea on a lot of levels. Like other really bad minis before it, it’s best throw down the memory hole in the next codex update.
Eldar: Warp Spiders – UGH, Single piece static models from 2nd edition….
Orks: The Warbuggy – Really GW? You couldn’t come up with anything better since GorkaMorka?
Imperial Guard: Rough Riders – DEAR LORD! Can we please rid of the game of the 2nd Edition Attilan Roughriders? At $12.50 a pop and still riding those ancient plastic horses – I’m sure these guys are FLYING off the shelves… When these models came out, Gangsta’s Paradise was at the top of the charts!
Tau: Vespids – Alternatively, with their rules, maybe we could just pretend they never existed…
Adepta Sororita: Battle Sisters – Maybe the most needed unit in the game in need of an update. Metal, static, one-piece model, ancient, and single-handedly hobbling the collectability of an entire army!
