40K Promethium Pipeline Kit Spotted?

Today we to look upon what appear to be an upcoming kit for the 40K Promethium Pipeline.  You make the call:

This looks legitimate (if blurred) to me.  It fits the same aesthetic style as the recent Void Shield Generator, and does not appear to be a hobbyist bits mashup.  I would not be surprised to see a repeat of the resin limited release stunt we saw with the VSG.
