40K: New Archon Sighted & a Bladed Mystery

Today’s shot:

We have prevously seen this unknown miniature from the shot of the upcoming Codex.  That sure looks like the same miniature as above, but assembled differently, or perhaps the kit has some options.

Now about that mystery – what on Holy Terra is that? (we we know the res is extremely low…)  It that a new Succubus, or a conversion of an existing mini?
