000 Infinity July Blisters

Let’s check out the rest of July’s Infinity releases.

Umbra Legates

Everyone seemed pretty blown away by the Umbra Legate in the Combined Army Box. I think I prefer the original’s more relaxed “come at me” pose, but this guy’s action packed stance is also great.

The model is every bit the level of quality we’ve come to expect from Corvus Belli. He’s packed with detauil and very well cast.

Here’s a look at the other side.

Croc Men

Crikey look at the size of this one. He’s a real beauty.

003 Infinity July Blisters

He has very similar armor to many PanO troops, but not without some extensive looking modifications. He would need them to get that TO Camo up and running like it’s supposed to do.

He even gets a different backpack

HMG Intruder

A new HMG Intruder. Nice.

The Nomads have a style all their own. Yeah sure, Corregidor has somewhat different fashion sensibilities from Bakunin, but nobody wears quite like these space dwelling individualists.

And it doesn’t hurt that the Intruders have a combination of skills that make them killer on the battlefield.

008 Infinity July Classified Deck

In addition to miniatures I also have this reprint of the classified deck. I showed off one of these already, and did notice the quality of the cards could use some improvement. Well I wasn’t the only one to notice. As pointed out by one of our commentors, the deck had already gone back to the printer to fix the problem. The new one is there on the left.

And here are a bunch of cards.

The picture doesn’t really show the difference, but you can sense it immediately. The new ones (left) are glossier and just plain feel better when you hold them in a way that I’m sure you’ll understand immediately as gamers. You’ll also notice that the Squalo on the left is closer to the PanO blue without the hint of violet you can see on the right.

~Hope you enjoyed the rest of the July releases. Next I’ll be showing off nice close-ups of all the minis in the USAriadna box.
