KV128 Stormsurge $150
An absolute colossus of a machine, piloted by graduates of the Ves’oni’Vash, the KV128 Stormsurge is designed as an extreme heavy-weapons platform. Not as manoeuvrable as a Riptide, instead relying on thick armour and devastating loadouts, these hulking, squat ballistic suits are capable of changing the course of a battle in seconds with a decisive volley of astonishing firepower. Fitted with thrusters to counter recoil, bristling with pulse weaponry and missile pods, the Stormsurge is the Tau Empire’s Titan-killer
The Stormsurge comes with a truly amazing amount of offensive firepower – two missile pod assemblies, a pulse driver cannon, a pulse ARC cannon, two ballistic burst cannons, two airbust frag projectors and twin-linked flamers!
This multi-part plastic kit contains all the components necessary to build one KV128 Stormsurge, ballistic suit of the Tau Empire. It includes an astonishing 171 components – four head options, two pilot assemblies, a reactor suite, two leg assemblies and two sets of stabilising thrusters! Various vents and assemblies can be modelled optionally closed or open, and the whole miniature has incredible posability. Includes one Citadel 170mm Oval base.
Sternguard Veteran Squad $50
Sternguard Veterans are drawn from a Chapter’s prestigious 1st Company. Deploying wherever the battle is fiercest, they particularly excel in the use of ranged weaponry. The 5 man Sternguard Veteran Squad comes with a massive amount of variety and options, providing every opportunity to create a unique squad, befitting their role as some of the Space Marines finest heroes.
This set includes 5 different pairs of legs; 5 individual torso fronts; 13 unique heads (7 helmeted and 6 bare); 16 individual shoulder pads; and 5 unique backpacks. When it comes to picking the weapons your options are many and varied. There are 6 individual boltguns; 2 different storm bolters; the option to include a heavy flamer or a heavy bolter; a flamer; a meltagun; a plasma gun; a power fist; 8 combi-bolters (2 each of melta, flamer, plasma, or grav); a grav pistol; a plasma pistol; and finally, a trusty bolt pistol.
This plastic kit contains 120 components with which to make a 5 man Space Marine Sternguard Veteran Squad (and so much more!). Also included is 1 Space Marine transfer sheet with which to add Chapter iconography and squad markings.
Vanguard Veteran Squad $40
Deployed as fast-moving rapid-response forces, Space Marine Vanguard Veterans are close-combat specialists. These veterans of the 1st Company take to war propelled by jump packs and armed with the Chapter’s most ancient and revered melee weapons. The 5 man Space Marine Vanguard Veteran Squad are sculpted with a great sense of action and energy and contains a huge variety of weapon options with which to arm the unit.
When building the squad there are 5 different sets of running legs; 5 unique torso fronts; 16 different shoulder pads; 9 heads (8 helmeted, 1 bare); and 5 individual jump packs; Every member of the squad can be armed with either chainsword and bolt pistol (each individual weapon bears a unique design); there are 4 sets of lightning claws; 4 pairs of thunder hammer and storm shield. The Sergeant has choice of relic blade, power sword, power fist or power axe; and there is also a grav pistol; a plasma pistol; a melta bomb; and a selection of frag and krak grenades.
This plastic kit contains 98 components with which to make a 5 man Space Marine Vanguard Veteran Squad (and so much more!). Also included is 1 Space Marine transfer sheet with which to add Chapter iconography and squad markings.

Well at least they made fielding 3 Stormsurges an option. It’s still a very impressive kit – even if the crew is in an open compartment. Good thing it’s not a vehicle, right?!
I guess we’ll see what the weatherman calls for next week. I’m thinking cloudy with a chance of CODEX: TAU!
