So yes – you could say we’re excited about the Horus Heresy Betrayal at Calth box set. On top of being a great deal in terms of pricing (a trend I’d love to see more of) the actual GAME part of Betrayal at Calth is both different and still fun! It’s also a great introduction into the Grim Dark. If you were looking for that “gateway drug” game for new players start with this box set. Or if you were looking for a reason/way to start an entirely new Horus Heresy Era army get the box (or two) and you’re set.
Horus Heresy Betrayal at Calth really is the perfect storm of a Warhammer 40K product: Perfect for entry level players, appealing to Veteran Players, and a no-brainer as a gift. Now if only my wallet would stop crying…
