40K SHOWCASE: 29 Imperial Knights – House Aeschylid

Purple and white Knights based on Greek Mythology, lets take a look at the next set of painting up 29 Imperial Knights!

This set of three is based on Greek mythology and will compliment a future Sons of Medusa army that will also be heavily themed around Hercules and his labors, but in green of an equal tone.  Very technical and time consuming freehand on these.  All three painted by hand over a smooth basecoat including details such as the dented and weathered white.  Impossible to pick a favorite but I am very happy with how the vibrancy and smoothness of this set turned out.
