Dawn of War 2: New Content from SEGA!
Like a bolt from the blue, SEGA just kicked out details of NEW content for Dawn of War 2 – come see!
THQ slipped under the waves 3 years ago, in January of 2013. SEGA swept into buy up all the Games Workshop licences – and there has been nothing but silence for years.
Then yesterday on March 1st 2016 this showed up on the dormant Dawn of War YouTube Channel:
The reader comments on YouTube have been… shall we say… mixed.
Regardless of what you think of the individual content, the bigger question raised is whether this is just the tip of the iceberg. It would appear that after 3 years SEGA is now doing Warhammer 40,000 software development. A VERY positive development. There are a lot of interesting directions that path could lead too.
