AoS: Godbeast Characters Introduction
The Realmgate Wars have a whole new batch of character and some old classics – come see the Who’s-Who for Godbeasts!
It looks like a couple of old favorites made the transition to Age of Sigmar! There are also some new heroes characters for other factions. This is also the first book that showcases some of the regular humans and not just Stormcast Eternals as “the good guys” – it’s the return of the faithful Sigmarite Priests!

I’m really glad they put some faces to those names. Having more named characters, along with the maps, really helps flesh out the world building for Age of Sigmar. I think it helps add some much needed foundation to build from (story wise) and lets people get creative with themed armies around these characters. I know I’d like to see a King Brodd army – I think he’s one of the first Intelligent Giants (now called Gargants) in the history of Warhammer. Maybe intelligent is the right word…Let’s just say the first with “leadership qualities.” Perhaps this is just an early preview of what Grand Alliance: Destruction holds!
