Even if you removed the pricing on the items we’re not 100% sure on,  the MSRP based on the pricing of the things we do know is still close to $400. If they price this in the same ball park as Deathwatch Overkill ($165) or Betrayal Calth ($150) then that is going to be one heck of a deal!
