Pathfinder: Pocket Editions Now Available
The core books you need to play in a smaller size – and lower price.
Pathfinder’s Core and Bestiary rulebooks are now available in lighter, smaller pocket editions. These smaller editions contain the same content of the hardcover versions in travel friendly 6.6″ X 8.4″ soft cover. They also come with a lower price – they’re both 50% less than the hardbacks.
The pocket edition of the OGL also rolls all of the errata into the edition, so it’s the most up to date version of the core rules out there.
Core Rulebook – $24.99
Bestiary – $19.99
Paizo Publisher Erik Mona had this to say about the new format: “Early response to the paperback Pocket Editions of the Core Rulebook and Bestiary has been absolutely phenomenal. From the lighter weight being popular with convention and game-store players to the overwhelming surprise at the legibility of the text, Pathfinder Pocket Editions are a great idea that has people clamoring for a similar treatment for other Pathfinder hardcovers. I wish we’d thought of it years ago!”
Our own AdamHarry takes a look at both of the new books in this review…
They’re a no-brainer purchase:
- They are completely up to date
- The smaller size makes them easy to carry
- The price is great for complete rulebooks
