40K: Primarch Guilliman Novel Now Available
The First “Primarchs” novel, Roboute Guilliman – Lord of Ultramar, is now available in Hardback!
Did you miss the Limited Edition version of this book? Don’t feel too bad because the “standard” Hardback version is out now for the rest of us. This book is the start of the new “Primarchs” series from Black Library – the first of 18 books in the series. It’s going to be interesting to see where these books take us. Guilliman’s story sounds like it takes place before the Great Crusade starts in a very “Prequel-esq” way.
Fans of the 40K universe already know how the Heresy plays out ultimately and we’ve gotten small glimpses into what the Primarchs were up to before the Great Crusade. Now, it appears we’re getting a lot more info on the Primarchs. I’m hoping these books add some more depth to the Primarchs and in combination with the Horus Heresy Novels really add some more weight to the actions of all.

READ IT BECAUSE
It’s the start of a brand new series of 18 books focusing on the greatest of heroes, the primarchs themselves. This volume kicks it all off with a tale of Roboute Guilliman at the height of his powers, leading his legion into battle at the apex of the Great Crusade.AdvertisementTHE STORY
Long before the coming of the Imperium, the realm of Ultramar was ruled by Roboute Guilliman, the last Battle King of Macragge. Even after learning of his true heritage as a primarch son of the Emperor of Mankind, he strove to expand his domain as efficiently and benevolently as possible, with the XIII Legion Ultramarines as his alone to command. Now, facing a rival empire on the ork-held world of Thoas, Guilliman must choose his weapons carefully – otherwise his dream of a brighter future could be lost forever.Written by David Annandale
