Mechanicum Vultarax Stratos-Automata £70
The Vultarax was the most common Stratos-automata in widespread use by the Mechanicum Taghmata at the outbreak of the wars of the Horus Heresy. A robust, multi-role war engine, heavily armed and fitted with sophisticated sensory gear and able to operate in diverse and hostile environments, it proved itself a keystone of Mechanicum Explorator Expedition forces both as an armed, high mobility scout and as a hunter-killer and rapid response unit in open battle.
The Vultarax Stratos-automata is Flying Monstrous Creature armed with a Vultarax arc blaster, a versatile weapon capable of burning out the cogitators and engines of enemy vehicles, and two Setheno pattern havoc launchers, long ranged missile systems designed to wipe out infantry units, even in heavy cover. These armaments alongside it’s impressive armour, flare shield and enhanced targeting array, make the Vultarax Stratos-automata a formidable force on the battlefield.

Dain Ironfoot: Lord of the Iron Hills £40
Dain Ironfoot is the cousin to Thorin Oakenshield™ and the lord of the Dwarven stronghold in the Iron Hills. A stubborn and hotheaded warlord, Dain is quick to anger even at the cost of wisdom. Yet what Dain lacks in tact, he more than makes up for with his martial prowess. There are few who can stand against this mighty Dwarven lord and those who try will often be felled by a vicious swing of his massive hammer.
In the Strategy Battle Game, Dain Ironfoot is both a fearsome warrior and an excellent leader, ideal for commanding your ranks of Iron Hills Dwarves in battle. This kit comes with two versions of Dain, one mounted upon his iconic war boar and one on foot incase he should become dismounted during the game. Dain is one of the best fighters available to the forces of Good. Incredibly tough and strong, he can effortlessly wield his great two-handed hammer, crushing the skulls of his enemies with terrifying ease.
Upon his war boar Dain is capable of smashing through ranks of enemies, leaving untold devastation in his wake. Even on foot Dain is a formidable opponent, using his own thick skull as a weapon should the need arise. Powerful though he is, perhaps his greatest strength is the courage he inspires in his army. The sight of this mighty Dwarven lord upon the battlefield drives his followers onwards to deeds of great valour, braving any threat they find themselves facing.
AdvertisementThis highly detailed, multi-part resin kit makes two models: Dain Ironfoot on foot and Dain Ironfoot mounted on his War Boar. Each model wears heavy Dwarf armour and wields a two-handed hammer. A 40mm round base and a 25mm round base are included.

Iron Hills Dwarf Warriors £40
Unlike the other Dwarf holds of Middle-earth™, those of the Iron Hills are not renowned for their great wealth or their skill in the forging of weapons and armour. Instead, the Iron Hills are famed for the fearsome warriors that make up their armies. The warriors of the Iron Hills are amongst the greatest fighters of the Third Age, both incredibly tough and well disciplined. Expertly trained in the art of warfare, the Dwarves of the Iron Hills will adopt the tactic of forming a shieldwall in the path of their enemies, a bristling bulwark that is almost impossible to penetrate.
Iron Hills Dwarves are the main warriors for both an Iron Hills and an Erebor Reclaimed force. This kit comes with 12 Iron Hills Dwarf Warriors, each armed with a spear and a shield and presented in a unique pose. The armies of the Iron Hills are the most formidable fighting force of their time and this is reflected in-game. The Iron Hills Dwarves are not only stronger than their kin from other strongholds, but are also clad in thick plated armour and carry large shields, making them incredibly tough in combat. They can also form a Shieldwall with other Iron Hills Dwarves nearby, locking together their shields to further increase their durability, making their lines all but impenetrable.
This highly detailed, multi-part resin kit makes twelve Iron Hills Dwarf Warriors, each armed with a spear and sheild. Twelve 25mm round bases are included.

Iron Hills Ballista £50
The ballistae brought by Dain to the Battle of the Five Armies are an ingenious military invention that serves two purposes on the battlefield. Attached to the huge wooden bolts fired by the ballistae are a series of chains that upon being unleashed will spin about the bolt in a vicious fashion, slicing their foe’s arrows to kindling before careening into their ranks, sending both enemy and earth flying in all directions. Not only do these ballistae cause massive destruction, they also provide Dain’s armies with the protection they require to reach their enemy’s ranks unscathed.
An Iron Hills Ballista provides an Iron Hills force with some welcome long-range firepower. Upon the battlefield the Ballista will shoot first every turn, ensuring that it can cause maximum amounts of devastation on an enemy ranks before they get the chance to respond. Also, any return fire that crosses the path of an Iron Hills Ballista’s shot will be immediately ripped from the sky and destroyed, allowing the Iron Hills Warriors below to march unimpeded into battle.
This highly detailed, multi-part resin kit makes one Iron Hills Ballista and four Dwarf crew. Four 25mm round bases are included.
