Games Workshop has a trio of painting competitions for YOU to enter this month – check it out!

Are you an aspiring hobbyist? Do you enjoy painting and modeling as much as you enjoy taking skulls on the tabletop? Well Games Workshop has announced 3 painting competitions for you to try your hand at this month. You’ve got until October 31st for all of these so there is plenty of time to jump in to the mix. All you need to do is check out their respective Facebook pages and post a pic of your entry in the respective posts. That doesn’t seem to bad, right? So what are you waiting for – get to painting!

“This month’s painting competition is, of course, Genestealer Cults.”

“Your entry must be a single model, vehicle or unit, and they must all be Citadel Miniatures, but beyond that, use your imagination!
You have all month to get your entries in, so take your time and make sure your photo is a good one. Show us your entries in the comments of this post by the 31st of October, and our favourite will win a prize.

The Rules:
The model must be a Citadel Miniature of the type specified. (Ask if you are unsure.) One entry per person please – we’ll delete any duplicate images. You must have painted the model yourself (if we find out you haven’t, you can’t win, and we’ll be really disappointed in you).

What do I win?
We’ll send out a suitably cool prize to the winner.
Best of luck!”

The theme for this month’s painting competition is “Everchosen”.

If that last painting challenge seems rather limited Forge World has a handy info graphic to at least help you out with what qualifies:

I really appreciate these simple painting competitions because they drive some fan interaction and they get the hobbyist involved with the greater community. Plus, it’s always cool to see everyone showing off their hard work!

So, do you have an entry you’d like to put forth? If not you’ve got all month to work on it!
