There was talk of a new GW backed community site coming several months back and it would appear this is it: Warhammer Community.
Note the Aquila and Age of Sigmar motifs on the graphic.
GW has been without a company forum for well over a decade. It was in fact the removal of the original GW forums that led to the rise of the big 40K forums starting with Portent, and including Warseer and DakkaDakka.

Still this announcement merely says Warhamer Community is a “new website” without specifying forums. There has been opposing approaches to community by the major players in the industry recently.
Privateer Press and FFG both have robust company forums that are well moderated and cover all of their product offerings. On the other hand within the last year Wizards of the Coast shuttered the decade old official Dungeons & Dragons forums in favor of a fully social-media engagement model.
It will be interesting to see what GW is planning.
