GW: Warhammer Fest 2017 – Grand Tournaments
Games Workshop is hosting Warhammer Fest in May – and they are hosting a slew of Grand Tournaments!
Warhammer Fest is back this year and they have not only DOUBLED in size, they are hosting FIVE Grand Tournaments for all things Warhammer. Check it out:

“The biggest event in the Games Workshop calendar is returning this year on the 27th and 28th of May to the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.”
“That’s right, this year’s Warhammer Fest will play host to the biggest weekend of Warhammer gaming in Europe with no less than 5 full Warhammer Fest Grand Tournaments taking place – Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Age of Sigmar, Blood Bowl, The Hobbit™ Strategy Battle Game and The Horus Heresy.
Of course, Warhammer Fest will still feature all the content that you’ve been enjoying for the last few years – studio showcases, seminars, previews of upcoming releases, a chance to talk to the teams behind the miniatures and books you love and loads more besides. For all of 2017, we’re celebrating 30 years of Warhammer 40,000, so expect plenty of content themed around the Dark Millennium. We have some very cool stuff to show you that we’re really excited to share, but we’re sworn to secrecy for the moment on the details…
Tickets will be released on the 10th of February (two weeks time), so you have a couple of weeks to decide which of the tickets is right for you.
We’ve more than doubled the size of the event since last year, due to high demand, but we are still expecting the Warhammer Fest Grand Tournament tickets in particular to sell very quickly, so come February 10th, you’ll want to be ready and know which type you’re after.

This promises to be a huge draw for all types of folks. Not only will people get to see first-hand some new and exciting products, but for the first time ever Warhammer Fest will also be hosting a Grand Tournament for 5 different systems! This is a colossal undertaking by Games Workshop and if you get the opportunity to go you’re going to want to check it out.
