RPG: Savage Worlds – Deadlands up for Pre-Order!
Time to gather up a posse and see what’s comin’ up outta boot hill this time…
The Anniversary Edition of Deadlands coming out for Savage Worlds, which is a very exciting sentence to write, let me assure you. This is a revised reprint that comes with a “Conversion Guide” specially done up so you can convert the systems over and still use the rules that made Deadlands fun and unique. And if you’ve never heard of Deadlands, are you in for a treat. Deadlands is a Western RPG… but it’s a Weird west RPG, which means that it’s chock full of magic and undead (as you might guess from the names) and your characters might well die a lot. And that’s before layering anything from Savage Worlds on top of it.
It’s honestly one of the better Western RPGs out there, even if you don’t like the weird stuff, it’s got some great material that you can just mine for whatever campaign you’re cooking up. Reading through the book, you can feel the dust and tension in the air as it gets to be high noon and two gunfighters square off on the main street…

Deadlands 20th Anniversary Edition – $53.99 (Pre-Order)
Classic Never Goes Out of Style! Savage Worlds RPG—Deadlands: Classic 20th Anniversary Edition is available for preorder!
The year is 1879, but the history is not our own. The guns of the Civil War are silent in a tense cease-fire. California is shattered by the Great Quake of ’68—a superfuel called ghost rock revealed in the new channels and cliff faces. Powerful Rail Barons strive to complete a transcontinental railroad, and the Great Rail Wars exact a bloody toll in the Union, the Confederacy, the Sioux Nation, the Mormon state of Deseret, and the Independent Commonwealth of California.
With Deadlands: Classic 20th Anniversary Edition, your posse can keep ridin’ the Weird West, ‘classic’ style! The First Edition of the award-winning Deadlands hit the shelves in 1996—this 20th Anniversary Edition reprints the revised (and best!) version of the rules system, complete with a Conversion Guide so Classic Marshals can use all the Plot Point Campaigns, including Good Intentions, to spur their ghost rock-fevered dreams.
