SLA Industries is Back with a New Minis Game
The dystopian RPG is back along with a new skirmish game – and they look good!
For those that aren’t old fogies like I am SLA Industries is an RPG that was published by Nightfall Games back in the early 1990s. It’s set in a dystopian future where a conglomerate – run by an immortal known only as Mr. Slayer – runs what’s left of Mort, a planet stripped of it’s ecological resources. Players take on the roles of freelancers that perform jobs for the corporation – everything from hunting monsters and serial killers to squashing dissident revolutions. The game has a variable level of complexity that’s up to players to set. You can run a game based around a action filled hunt, or slow it down and focus on plots within the company. If you dig splatter punk and horror, you’ll want to give this one a look.
The game is back in print thanks to Daruma Productions, and they’re adding new supplements and expansions starting next month.
