40k: Codex Daemon Big Changes – FTN
Dive deeper into Codex Chaos Daemons. We talk changes such as Flesh Hounds, Pink Horrors and Slaanesh.
This week we dive deeper into the Daemon book. We talk about more of the changes like Flesh Hound point reduction, the offensive power of Pink Horrors and some utility of Slaanesh. Please join us!
As we take a deeper look we are seeing more and more power in this book. The flexibility of detachments will allow people to plug and play the various daemons in their list to combat whatever they think they will most likely face.
Obviously switching up allegiances may not be right for you if you only like one of the four chaos gods but if you are a ‘daemons player’ and like to use everything in the book you are going to have a good time list building.
We talk specifically about how easy it is to build an anti psyker/assault element with the fleshhounds and their name character hound, Karanak.
This book is chock full of great stuff and sadly we didn’t make it to all of the psychic powers this week but we did talk about the power that allows pink horrors to add +1 to their To Wound roll. This will end up being very powerful and a reason to take the pinks!
The Finishing Moves segment is sponsored by Frontline Gaming. Their new mats are now hot off the presses and getting ready to be shipped. Please check them out, even if you already have a game mat. Their new styles are very impressive. If you haven’t already get your tickets NOW for the mega Las Vegas Open.
The hobby segment will return next week! I’ve been elbows deep in painting red these last several weeks. If you see the pics on twitter and like them.. hit me up for the recipe. Thanks!
