ToyLand: Get Your Cowabunga on with These Heroes in a Half Shell
These awesome looking interpretations of the pizza obsessed crew were sold as part of NECA’s con exclusive line up at SDCC this year. Good news: they’ll be making their debut at Game Stop next year so the rest of us plebs that stay home can pick them up for our collections.
I’m glad they’re making it to retail because they have a lot of character, come with NECA’s high quality component, and are set at a very affordable price point. These won’t include all of the accessories that the SDCC versions have, but they’re still worth picking up. Each fig is 7” tall, is fully articulated, and features detailed paint that gives the heros in a half shells’ skin and costume realistic detail. They also come with their signature weapon, and are packed in a collector’s style window box.
These are exclusive to Game Stop. Pre-order is open now, and they’re expected to be in stores in February.
