40K: The Warbringer Nemesis Titan Announced
When Games Workshop said they had some BIG reveals this weekend, they weren’t being hyperbolic. There is a new Titan coming to the Warhammer 40,000 side of the tabletop and it’s bringing some MASSIVE Firepower along for the ride!
Straight from the minds of Forge World comes a new Warhammer Titan to the 40k scale. Meet the Warbringer Nemesis Titan and prepare to meet your maker!
“The Warbringer Nemesis Titan is a new class of god-machine armed with an artillery piece capable of transforming your chosen grid coordinates into a white-hot crater. This massive engine of destruction has been designed to look right at home alongside its brethren. It is our most detailed yet, with a crewed upper deck featuring a spotter, a loader and a massive, revolver-style loading mechanism for the main gun”
Again – this is for 40k and not for Adeptus Titanicus. That said…I mean it’s only going to be a matter of time, right!? It looks like it’s VERY similar in size and scale to a Warlord Titan given the armament. And if this model is new (and it is) that means it was probably also designed digitally. Given the amount of detail on the miniature, I’d tend to think that was the case. That also means that it’s also relatively easier to scale this model down to Adeptus Titanicus scale vs the older hand sculpted Titans.
But for now this one is clearly meant for the Warhammer 40K side of the house – I would NOT want to be on the receiving end of that artillery! Now the real game will be guessing the price point on this one! We will be checking in with Forge World as this “miniature” will be available “soon.”
Aww those spotter look so quaint compared next to the guns…
