Tabletop Podcast Review: December 30th
Adam here for another week of tabletop podcast reviews! A lot of Chapter Approved reviews, a look at this last year, and more!
Hey all, Adam here, from TFG Radio, for this month’s reviews! This week we are seeing a lot of year end reviews, chapter approved reviews, and . With all that said, let’s get on with the show!
Garagehammer Episode 206 – After a couple years, and a new edition, the show finally looks at the Ironjawz battletome. They go over the background, units, and traits/relics of the army. They discuss the way the army has changed since it was first released. It’s a nice look at a battletome that has been out in the wild for a long period of time. It is also interesting in that you get a look at how an earlier released book has changed as a result of rule changes over the course of a ruleset.
Independent Characters Episode 180 – Another excellent addition to the “Show of Force” series. This episode they discuss the Thousand Sons. They go over the older iterations of the units, lore, and how the latest army books has expanded on that lore and units. Its a good episode for those unfamiliar with the story of the Thousand Sons.
Masters of the Forge Episode 122 – This episode they talk about the Unification Wars. There is little known about this era and so a good source of accumulated knowledge of what we have available to us, so far.
Sons of Heresy Season 2 episode 6 -A return of a 30K podcast that has been away for a while.
In the Finest Hour – A new 40K competitive podcast. Sound quality is a major issue. Don’t bother with episode 2 as you only hear 1 person talking(out of 3).
