Did some more work on the face to smooth out blending on Spirit of the Sky by @BigchildCreatives I had to pay attention to lots of different textures and surfaces. The leather coat has an glaze of brown ink, the collar has weathering powder to give it a wool like texture etc pic.twitter.com/iX1rzQ8NPz

Ready for Tempest 2019!
Lessons learned…
Blending is hard. Going to do much more practice before doing Eidolon of the sea.
Also learned to not be afraid to fail with painting. It’s just a toy at the end of the day. Never going to get better unless I push myself. pic.twitter.com/UElNtqwrZn— Nathan Watson (@Nate_Watson89) January 15, 2019
