Arkham Horror: TCG is getting a brand new stand-alone adventure! Can you solve the murder mystery before it’s too late?
Fantasy Flight Games has announced Murder at the Excelsior Hotel which is a brand new one-shot adventure for Arkham Horror: The Card Game. But unlike other one-shot adventures, this murder mystery has 10 different possible versions of the final Act. Each play through will have a slightly different version of events which promises to keep players on their toes. Can you solve the mystery or will you become the next victim?

In the city of Arkham lots of strange things and occurances happen around town. One place in particular has been the center of many of those seemingly random disappearances and bizarre sightings – The Excelsior Hotel. As an investigator into the paranormal, you’ve been tipped off to some information at the hotel and have decided to follow-up on this lead.
The Excelsior Hotel is busy when you arrive, despite the rumors that have hounded the hotel for over a month now. Everything seems normal, though you cannot help but wonder if the staff and guests are really preoccupied with their various activities, or if they are gathered to keep an eye on you and your investigation. Still, you have come too far to turn back. The blood‐red door to room 225 stands before you and all that is left for your to do is take a deep breath, and knock.
Time is running short. With your memory not providing any clues to the events of the evening, you’ve got little time before you’re discovered. You’ve got to get to the bottom of this mystery before the police arrive and pin the murder on you. But then again – maybe you DID do it…You can’t remember after-all.
You’re going to have to use your wits to move around the hotel, ducking nosey guests and hotel security to get to the truth – as terrifying as that could be.
This stand-alone scenario can be played as a one-off adventure or slotted into a campaign as a side quest. Are you up to the challenge?

You are just beginning to properly conduct your investigation when you suddenly black out. Once you come to, you find yourself standing over a man’s body. Multiple stab wounds perforate his chest and blood covers the floor. What the hell happened? And why can’t you remember a thing? Now as the authorities are on your tail, it is up to your team of investigators to solve the murder and clear your name before you are thrown in prison for the rest of your life. Can you figure out the truth behind this grisly murder? Or will you be the next victim?
