Can You Handle The Hot New Custodes Tech – FTN
Paul and Adam Camilleri put in a tow hander this show. We discuss Custodes tech, Daemons, and traveling with an army. New and old players of these armies may end up learning something… If not, maybe you can get some insight on what you may see out there in the field.
Hey all
Adam Camilleri from the Down Under Network. joins Paul for this show. We jump right into it talking about Custodes and how you can trade that high point cost for efficiency on the table. It’s really interesting just how wide open the field is for what you will actually see on the tabletop these days.
Paul is back on the Daemon train. Adam asks what he would take if the LVO was tomorrow. With contrast paints… the Daemon army fast track is a reality. I think there’s some interesting tricks you can play there after you’ve taken your obligatory 600 points of Nurgle.
This is a bit of a short show this week as we juggled holiday/vacation schedules. Everything should be back to normal next week. I’m trying to arrange an ATC team special.
In the back half of the show we talk about Function of Form with tournament terrain and which we prefer. What do you say? Would you routinely trade the ‘look’ of the terrain for function at tournaments for your average experience?
The hobby segment will be back next week for real! You won’t want to miss the dramatic return of Finishing Moves, ha!
The Wrong Way Kids will be putting on their first official public event later this year the Armageddon Series: Coastal Assault. Tickets are up for sale right now. Please join us. You will have a good time. It will be a full ITC format event and an excellent opportunity to get ITC overall and faction points.
