Hey there hobby fiends.♥️ I’ve been working more on Alarielle’s base since the last post, as looking from a few different angles I felt like it was missing something. There’s lots of new flowers, leaves, and little details added! However, when I was reviewing the highlights and how all started fitting together, I noticed the beetle has these huge mold lines/cracks where the pieces went together. It’s on the two main carapace “horns” we could say. When building it, I smoothed it with a file and all, yet somehow it’s came apparent again, and paint doesn’t seem to fill it, although its too small for Greenstuff. With so many of you being such an amazing artist, are there any tips or tricks that could be tried, without disrupting the paint completely, or that would fill the gap? I’ve tried: thick super glue, paint, and liquid sealer. To those who have been committed to the progress of her, she’s moving along quite smoothly, I promise!
