Geekery: A Scarred Jesse Pinkman Returns in ‘El Camino’

Jesse’s plotline gets ressurected in this new movie from Netflix and writer/director Vince Gilligan – creator of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. The story picks up directly after the series finale of Breaking Bad. The trailer focuses on Pinkman recovering from the last battle that he narrowly escaped…

Aaron Paul is back as Jesse Pinkman. The cast also includes Matt Jones and Charles Baker. Creator Vince Gilligan is directing and wrote the script, so it’s defieintly going to feel like a continuation of the story rather than a weird stand alone. It looks like a must watch for Breaking Bad fans.

El Camino premieres on Netflix and select theaters October 11.
