With a few more details and touching up to go, here is the biggest update with Alarielle before the Expo. I just couldn’t wait any longer! This is SUCH an overwhelming and beautiful model, and trying to do it justice is difficult, but so much fun. I’ve grown within the time of painting her with blending, lighting and color theories.? The beetle is finished, although the legs may get more love. She has a few blue feathers I noticed, so those are on the board, as well as some gold trim on the vials. Mushrooms still to go on the base, and possibly a few more layers of water. As always, opinions are completely welcome, as are questions and comments.
