HAPPY BoLS NEW YEAR 2020 – Tabletop Year in Review!
2019 has been a great year for gaming, and we’ve had a wonderful time bringing every one of you the gaming coverage you’ve come to expect from BoLS.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
2019 brought us the rebirth of Space Marines with 7 new codexes that turned 40K on it’s head. Vigilus started off the narrative year and Psychic Awakening ended it. Age of Sigmar got amazing new armies like Hedonites of Slaanesh and Ossiarch Bonereapers. We saw a ton of amazing GW kits and all new games such as Warcry, and Aeronautica Imperialis to further expand the company’s range. Oh, and let’s forget about the Sisters…
FFG pushed full speed ahead with the steady expansion of its Star Wars games and more. Star Wars LEGION expanded to 4 factions with the Clone Wars starter set, the MASSIVE Super Star Destroyer hit ARMADA, and the Clone Wars Trade Federation and Republic factions flew into X-Wing.
Dungeons and Dragons brought us everything from the return of classics like Eberron and Ghosts of Saltmarsh and more, while Paizo rolled out the highly anticipated Pathfinder 2nd Ed. 2020 looks to be even better for tabletop gaming, RPGs & boardgames with new arrivals and amazing products coming out of the woodwork. Here’s to bigger and better toy soldiers, games & adventures for us all!
