Have you ever wondered what army Superman would play, if he picked up Warhammer? How about Geralt? Now you can find out.

Celebrities are, contrary to popular belief, just normal people who pay their servants to put their gold-plated pants on one leg at a time like everyone else. Sure they’re better than us in every way because they have wealth and power and perfectly sculpted features, but that doesn’t mean that they don’t need to unwind and occasionally summon the elector counts to show those heretics what for.

According to a recent interview, Henry Cavill, whom you might recognize from that time he beat up Walder Frey on Midsomer Murders…

…Oor perhaps as Humphrey, the rival of Tristan Thorn and eventual husband of Victoria in the 2007 hit film Stardust:

…I’m sure he’s played a few more minor roles since then, but whatever role you recognize the 2013 Teen Choice Award Nominee from,  Cavill also enjoys his time on the shores of the Old World. The actor spoke with GQ Magazine about how he has always been a mega-nerd, deeply in love with gaming. In fact, according to that interview, Cavill would much rather be sitting at home playing games–including his favorite, Total War: Warhammer II.

As GQ points out, the Goodbye, Mr. Chips (2002) alum has already played through the games six times already, completing playthroughs as six different factions. Does this mean that the former guest star from the Inspector Lynley Mysteries has summoned the elector counts? Has he known the struggle of waging war in Lustria?

I mean it makes sense. The article outlines the difficulties faced when stepping out the door–dealing with fans wanting to take sneaky pictures or hounding you about how much they enjoyed your performance as The Hunter in Red Riding Hood (and I mean come on, that was in 2006 people), makes facing down the Chaos of the Old World seem tame by comparison. So there you have it, another famous gamer joins the ranks.

What other celebrities do you know of that play? Let us know in the comments!
