ToyLand: New Bumblebee and Optimus Prime from Sideshow are Packed with Detail

While these versions of Optimus Prime and Bumblebee don’t transform, they packed with little details and a ton of articulation points that make up for it.

Both of these are movie accurate recreations of their CG counterpart in 2018’s Bumblebee (if you haven’t seen it, it’s on Hulu and is worth your time). Both feature LED eyes, over 50 points of articulation and a crazy attention to detail – from weathering to the realistic appearance of mechanical parts to including things like cranks for windows on the car doors that make up their bodies. They’re pretty fantastic.

Both are on pre-order now, expected to ship late summer this year if all goes well.
