It’s the final wave of plastic Sisters of Battle! Come check out the new kits with us.

First released back in November of 2019, we’re finally getting the last of the announced Sisters of Battle Kits in stores. Has it been worth the wait? Take a look at the kits and you tell us:

Battle Sanctum

This kit is gorgeous! If you were a fan of the Sector Imperialis kits then you’re going to appreciate the Battle Sanctum even more. For starters, it’s super tall at with that third story and you can actually put the statue on top to make an even taller structure. The Statue is roughly 10″ tall, too. Part of me is expecting it to be used as a basis for a whole lot of conversions because those wings are really nice. It’s also got a few of the triangle pieces you can use to build some funky shaped buildings. That’s a nice bonus, too.

Immolator

The Church of the Burninator on Treads is back and looks as amazing as you would expect. It follows in same tradition as the Exorcist – which is to say it’s a re-tooled and upgrade kit from its predecessor. You can build it with a few different options but the one feature that is going to grab your attention is the Stained-glass window. It’s a neat clear plastic bit and I’m guessing washes are probably the way to go when you paint it. The Immolator also uses a similar body kit like the Exorcist. It’s not the old Rhino chassis kit, but a newer, better version.

Sisters Rhino

This kit was a little disappointing only because it still uses the old Rhino kit sprue. Included in the box are some extra Sisters of Battle sprues to help make it more Adepta Sororitas – but if you were like me and hoping for a new Rhino kit altogether…it’s not. Maybe it’s a testament to how the Rhino is designed but with the upgraded Sisters Bits, it does look better – so that’s a plus.

Seraphim/Zephyrim Squad

This is another cool kit for the Sisters and a great update. They have the new flight-stands and look great! This kit also comes with lots of options and extra bits because it’s for two units. You’re only building 5 ladies with it – so the rest of those bits can be used for other models. I think it will be a pretty popular kit for Sisters Players.

Repentia Squad

There isn’t much to say about this one other than Eviscerators Chainswords! It’s a cool update and it’s interesting to see the Sisters with their augments showing. The Repentia Superior is a pretty intense looking model – the face on that is bonkers. And the whips are kinda cool as they are in motion. This is another great update to the Sisters of Battle range.

Canoness

The Canoness surprised me when I opened it the kit because it had a ton of options. It’s another really great kit for bits hunting. You can build the Canoness however you need her to be equipped. It’s kind of like the older Space Marine Captain kit – which means it’s got options and it super useful!

Dialogus

The Dialogus was a kit I thought that maybe it was going to be a dual-kit with another model. Turns out, it’s completely it’s own thing. I don’t quite know why she would be on the battlefield with all that parchment – but hey, it’s the Grimdark and there are weirder models. That said, it’s a kit with a lot of character and some neat extra bits. I liked the back-pack a lot because it had that crazy book/icon on it. She will certainly stand out on the battlefield!

Imagifier

The Imagifier is probably one of the kits that intrigued me the most. The Icon on top of the staff is it’s own bit. That means you could use it to do a lot of really cool other conversions. The rest of the model is neat and she would make an excellent Standard Bearer. Again, I could see this kit being used for all manner of conversions if you wanted to change it up.

Well – that’s the final wave of Plastic Sisters of Battle. They are hitting shelves this weekend and should be in your FLGS for pick-up. If you are looking to buy any of these kits, maybe call your FLGS ahead of time so they can pull those kits and have them waiting for you so all you have to do is go in and pay. We are living in interesting times…Be kind to one another and wash your hands!
