Games Workshop Preview 3: A New Blood Bowl Team & Horus Heresy Hero
GW has revealed a new model for the Horus Heresy and a new “Extreme Hardmode” Team for Blood Bowl!
Alright – the previews just keep coming today from Games Workshop. First up, we have a new Horus Heresy model who’s had rules for a while but not a model – until now. Say hello to the iconic Saul Tarvitz:
The iconic Loyalist Captain is finally getting a model and he looks stunning. Fitting for the guy who beat Lucius in single combat, eh? A true leader and hero of the Imperium, Saul Tarvitz was on the receiving end of the Isstvan III Massacre but he managed to rally the loyalist troops and led a shocking defense. It’s thanks to him and heroes like him that Horus victory at Isstvan III took much longer than planned.
Blood Bowl – Snotling Team
This is not a joke! The Snotlings are getting their own team. If you can win with them, you might be the greatest Blood Bowl Coach to ever play the game…
Oh, the Snotling Pump wagon probably helps.
The coolest part of this team is that it’s all plastic and from the Twitch preview, it sounded like the Pump Wagon was included in the box! I really like these models and think they are quite charming. I don’t think I’d play them in Blood Bowl, but if I played Orks or Orruks, I’d find a way to repurpose these models for sure.
Snotlings vs Saul? I gotta go with Saul for the win, but the Snotlings for the love!
