Games Workshop is introducing us to two of the Characters from Hammer And Bolter – meet the two brave Sisters of Battle!
The Warhammer Story Forge is bringing us a wide array of stories and art from the Grimdark. In Hammer And Bolter, we get a look at two of the Sisters of Battle and they look tough-as-nails!
Sister Agatha
Whenever I think of nuns, I always think of the name Sister Agatha. I don’t know why but it just fits. Here we see the artwork for Sister Agatha – she’s the more senior of the two Sisters and you can tell she’s seen her fair share of battle. She’s got a no-nonsense look and appears more than capable of swatting you with more than just a ruler to the knuckles…
Sister Elena
Here we have the more junior of the two with Sister Elena. She also appears to have seen some stuff and it doesn’t look like she’s backed down from a fight in her life! From the chin scar to the black-eye, I wouldn’t want to get on her bad side…
This is a snippet from their second episode – which, hey awesome! Games Workshop already have plans to make this a series and I can’t wait to watch it. In fact, all the offerings from Story Forge have caught my eye. I’m digging the experimentation with the different art styles and storytelling. I’m sure that they are going to have a lot more to show in the days ahead.
