Riot Quest: All Hands on Deck for the New Riot Quest Map
The second map for Riot Quest has finally arrived in all it’s neoprene goodness! Let’s take a look at the naval ship based arena.
Many a duel has been played on the initial map for Riot Quest, Thunderhead Fortress, but now things are moving to the Broken Coast!
This eye-catching map features 2 shipwrecked ships and a slew of crazy creatures. Players must navigate between ships via the planks crossing the center of the map.
Initial Impressions
- Spawn points and treasure chest locations are vastly different than the first map. Your games are going to play very differently.
- Close Quarters! Every spawn point is nearby at least 2 others. So no doubt about it, you’ll be in melee in no time.
- Less Real Estate. With lots of middle space unavailable and a wide variety of impassable spaces your treasure hunters are going to be right on top of each other.
- Treasure spawns 2 and 5 only have 2 adjacent spaces!
The Hull Grinder Mat is printed on high quality neoprene. With great art and bright colors it’s a fantastic centerpiece for your table.
Parting Thoughts
Riot Quest players have been itching for a new map since the game launched. This looks to be a fantastic addition and I’m sure will becomes the new favorite arena players battle it out on.
What do you think of Hull Grinder? Will it be the next ‘go to’ mat for all your Riot Quest games?
