40k: New Harlequin Rules
There’s a brand new set set of Harlequin rules just our for Psychic Awakening. Let’s somersault into them.
via GW Community:
This set of rules is from this month’s White Dwarf and adds more detail and power to the Harlequin Codex. Yesterday we took a look at the Stratagems, and here are some key special rules for the characters:
Character Upgrades
A Troupe Master can replace Choreographer of War with this guy. That’s nasty little stinger at the end.
A Shadowseer can replace Shield From Harm with this number:
A nice way to nerf dangerous foes. I’m sure you Harlequin players can find some additional defensive buffs or further stat nerfs to stack atop this one for some comedic fun!
A Death Jester can swap out Death is Not Enough with this one:
What a artful way to mow down those pesky hordes.
Finally, a Solitaire can replace Blitz with this guy:
Now it’s even harder to take the loner down.
There is also the 1CP Pivitol Role stratagem you can take that allows you take BOTH roles for your character, without giving up the original.
Relics
Finally we got a little peek at the Harlequin Relics with Cegorah’s Lament, a Shuriken Cannon taken from the Black Library with an even blacker reputation. This one leaves a trail of both blood and tears after each virtuoso performance.
