AoS: 3 Armies That Would Dominate a Quarantine
We’re at the “which army would weather a quarantine best” stage of quarantine. Here’s the three factions I think would handle quarantine the best.
Now that we’ve been locked down for a few months, people have started to settle into a routine of things to keep themselves occupied. When we leave the house, we do our best to protect ourselves and others, and it got me thinking: how would the Realms deal with a pandemic like this? Here’s my thoughts on the 3 armies that would handle a widespread disease the best.
Kharadron Overlords
I think the Sky-Dwarves would have an easy handle on how to deal with an airborne virus. First, they are all in sealed armor, so the virus would have a hard time getting to them in the first place. Second, they are naturally distrustful, so it’s likely they’d take extra precautions when doing business with someone who might make them sick. Third, they live in floating cities high above the Realms, so they would probably just keep to their ports far away from the reach of the pandemic. That is, of course, assuming the lure of Aethergold wouldn’t be too great…
Legions of Nagash/Nighthaunt/Ossiarch Bonereapers
The forces of Death would definitely be loving this, since they can move without worrying about silly things like breathing. They could just wait out the virus and then pick up the pieces while the living armies are recovering. Shyish would probably become a haven of sorts, since there would be less chance for the virus to spread in a realm of dead things.
Nurgle/Clan Pestilens
Let’s be honest…this is their fault.
