Warhammer 40K: Indomitus Pre-Orders Go Live July 11th
The new Launch Box has a Pre-Order Date of July 11th – Start making plans now…
Time to start wheeling and dealing to figure out which buddy you’re going to split the new Launch Box with because Indomitus is coming out July 11th! All that fancy new Plastic is coming quicker than you think. So Pre-Orders are coming July 11th. So when’s the shipping date? Well, this one has an extended two week window for Pre-Orders. It hits stores on July 25th.
“There will be a two-week pre-order window and Indomitus and friends will hit shelves on July 25th.”
So yeah. We will have basically 4 weeks to wait for the next edition. It’s funny because it simultaneously not that far off but also going to feel like forever. Kind of like a kid waiting for Christmas Morning to arrive.
Indomitus…And More
The new boxed set isn’t the only thing launching that day either. Chapter Approved is getting a refresh:
“The Grand Tournament 2020 Mission pack is … well, packed with new missions, alongside guidance for running and playing in tournaments, special Secondary Objectives, and loads more. It’s even got a special binding to make it extra friendly to the tabletop setting. The second book is the Munitorum Field Manual, which holds a full list of updated points for Warhammer 40,000 units. With their powers combined, the new Chapter Approved will have you on the cutting edge of Warhammer 40,000 competitive gaming.”
Nice. We saw GW split the points out of the “update” book last time around and it was a big hit. Now we’ve got the same thing happening again. That’s not all either. There is also a new Crusade Journal coming as well.
Aim primarily at the Narrative players, this is a handy journal you can use to track the triumphs and setbacks of your Crusade Force. It’s a pretty nice looking journal and filling it out will mean you’ll have the history of your fighting force well documented.
If you’re a fan of Open Play GW even has something for you – it really does feel like Christmas as everyone is getting a little something.
If you don’t want to play a typical book mission or are just looking to randomise and change things up then these cards are perfect for you. The new Open War cards will allow you to quickly generate deployment, objectives, and a twist for your game. And because it’s Open Play, it also allows for asymmetrical games where the Power Levels don’t have to be equal. There are literally thousands of combinations inside this pack!
Again, just to reiterate:
“Indomitus, Chapter Approved, the Crusade Journal and the Open War cards will all be available to pre-order from the 11th of July. Then, they will all be in-store from the 25th of July.”
Mark your calendars. It’s going down July 25th.
