Geekery: The Seven Aren’t the Only Team With Problems – 2 New Clips from ‘The Boys’
Just because they don’t have corporate backers doesn’t mean the Boys are immune to workplace issues.
It was clear that the supes of the Seven were not exactly all for one and one for all in last season. While they have a common goal in hunting down Butcher and the crew, that doesn’t mean the team members are banding together. This new clip follows right on the heels of the whale clip from last month. Stormfront is edging into Homelander’s territory by giving orders and the Deep is attempting to confront sexually harassing Starlight (and doing a very miserable job of it).
The motley crew is having its own problems. Hughie and Butcher butt heads over how to handle their current predicament. Hughie questioning Butcher’s actions, Butcher arguing that everyone is still alive. This kind of divide is not good news.

This season’s cast includes Karl Urban as Billy Butcher with Jack Quaid as Hughie, Laz Alonso as Mother’s Milk, Tomer Capon as the Frenchman, Karen Fukuhara as the Female of the Species, Dominique McElligott as Queen Maeve, Erin Moriarty as Starlight, Antony Starr as Homelander, and Aya Cash as Stormfront.
The Boys Season 2 hits Amazon on September 4.
