Cosplay: The Evolution of ‘Horizon Zero Dawn’s’ Aloy

Here we are again, talking about Horizon Zero Dawn. Why, you may ask? Because it is still one of the most unique settings, the most captivating stories, and the most exciting games to hit the market in recent years. On its release it sold more than 10 million copies, making it one of the most popular Playstation 4 games.

Though post-apocalyptic games abound, there is something about Horizon that sparks the imagination and innocence in gamers hearts. Its heroines quest for self discovery turned savior of the planet is simultaneously classic and entirely new, and it is no surprise the game fandom continues to grow and thrive in preparation for the 2022 release of the game’s sequal- Horizon Forbidden West.
