Disney Animation– Every New Series Coming in 2022
Disney+ Day was filled with a lot of Disney animation surprises, including new Rescue Rangers, a Baymax series, and more Zootopia.
There are more than just Marvel shows coming to Disney+. Disney animation fans have a lot to look forward to in 2022.
There are lots of Disney, 20th Century, and Pixar original series on the way. And they’re going to expand beloved movies and bring some beloved characters back. Starting with an old, after-school classic.
There will all-new Rescue Ranger adventures in Spring 2022. John Mulaney and Andy Samberg are playing Chip and Dale in a new hybrid live-action/CG animated movie.

The intrepid, newly crowned Princess of Maldonia is getting a long-form musical series filled with new adventures. Stella Meghie (Grown-ish, Insecure) will be director and writer and it will arrive on Disney+ in 2023.

Keke Palmer, Billy Porter, Zachary Quinto, and EJ Johnson are joining them.

The sequel to the hit movie Enchanted is coming to Disney+ in Fall 2022. Amy Adams returns as Giselle, the princess that fell out of her animated fantasy land and landed in real-life Manhattan. She’s being joined by co-star Patrick Dempsey.
