Halo Infinite’s Multiplayer Is Out – The Trailer Looks Amazing
Halo Infinite got the drop on us all today, with a surprise multiplayer beta. Get ready to finish the fight. Again.
It’s been a long time since Halo wanted you to finish the fight–and it makes sense because from a practical standpoint, one of the best things about Halo is the endless fight that is multiplayer matches. Halo has always been at its best when you share it with a friend.
Which is why is exciting that now, you can suit up with your friends and ODST your way into a multiplayer match in Halo Infinite. And yeah, that last reference might be a bit of a Reach, but when you’re making Halo jokes the metaphorical room is often Spartan in nature.
Anyway join us as we check out the new trailer and get way too excited to play through Halo Infinite. Honestly, I’m just waiting for the download to finish, when it’s done, I’m out of here.
That said, we really loved the first impressions. It looks like the multiplayer beta builds on everything you love about the classic Halo experience: quick gunplay, quicker action, and those over the top moments that make you sit up and go “YES!” (If you’re lucky). With new seasons, new abilities, and a grappling hook that seems to have been reworked to be much more dynamic than I recall, this looks to be the mode I’ve been looking for. Here’s hoping GrifBall makes a return.
And what’s more, you can just experience this for yourself right now. The multiplayer is out, it’s waiting for you to load up and roll out. Speaking of… looks like my download is almost done, so let’s wrap this up.
Halo Infinite is in multiplayer beta until December 8th, when the full campaign releases.
The legendary Halo series returns with the most expansive Master Chief campaign yet and a ground-breaking free to play multiplayer experience. Multiplayer beta available now!
